Sunday Worship - “Brotherhood Over Isolation”

Aug 17, 2025    Sr. Pastor Travis M. Tullis

"Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up." Ecclesiastes 4:9-10.

Senior Pastor Travis Tullis provides the third message for our “Kings in the Making” series. He advises us to understand that “Brotherhood Over Isolation” is necessary in the community of hope. The focus scriptures are Proverbs 27:17, Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, Acts 2:42-47, and Galatians 6:1-2.

John 13:34 says, “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.” The way to follow this command is to understand that we must stay connected with the community of hope. Through this realization, we know that lone wolves are easily defeated, brotherhood sharpens for strength, and vulnerability leads to victory.

Thank you, Senior Pastor Tullis, for leading us forward and higher together, and for encouraging us to embrace the Christian brotherly love that will make future kings for future generations.
